Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 working days from the delivery date. If the reason for the return is not related to a malfunction or defect of the product but rather due to an error in size selection or a change of mind, the return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense; the buyer may choose the preferred shipping method. The refund will be free of charge, processed as quickly as possible, and completed within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date of the returned item.The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
