Product Exchange Conditions:
In case of an exchange request for the purchased product, you must contact us from the online support section on our page or via our chat line within the day you receive the product. The exchange product must be delivered to us by the cargo company contracted by our company. The exchange shipping cost belongs to the buyer. Products sent other than the cargo company contracted by our company and products sent without a change request are not exchanged and their cargoes are not accepted. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us with the cargo company contracted by our company will be replaced free of charge, provided that it ism exactly the same product as the new one. If the fault of the ordered product is caused by the consumer's misuse of the product, or if the product is used in violation of the issues in the product introduction and user manual, and if the product is used within (14) days from the delivery of the product, the product will not be exchanged. In addition, it is subject to the condition that the product is not used and can be offeredor resale.
